First Concept Art for Shanghai Disneyland Released

Tom Staggs released the first concept artwork for Shanghai Disneyland and this park does not look like any other Disney Park that has come before it. Disney deliberatively made the picture blurry as to not give away too much information about the upcoming park. Below is the picture of Shanghai Disneyland that was released as part of Disneyland's 55th Anniversary celebration at the Walt Disney Family Museum.

In the first picture, you can see what looks like a castle like no other castle at a disney park along with many lakes around and in front of it. The castle and its surrounding areas in the first picture looks like the same area around the castle as the second photo with what looks like one more park on the far right. In the picture below, you can tell that in front of the new park, there is a stadium with what looks like a water/stage show in the middle.

On the lower right of the photo, you can see a mountain which looks as if it could be the new version of Pirates of the Caribbean that everyone is speculating about. It could also be some other type of water ride since there is a drop that resembles Splash Mountain's drop on the side of the mountain. In front of the stadium, it looks as if there is some sort of fountain with some sort of shopping area or attraction to the left of it. More information on the Shanghai Disneyland project will come out as the groundbreaking ceremony nears.
